When I gave God my “yes”, I had no idea what I was saying yes to. There is one thing I know for sure. God likes to give surprises. On Friday, June 8, 2018 I was shocked by the place where God had me go. I like to give surprises also. In time, I will reveal to you where God had me go.

I will tell you this much however. As I sat in this special place, I thought, “This is the worst day of my life.” Holy Spirit spoke to me. “No, you are alive. This is not the worst day of your life. You are not in a morgue.” I then sung the song I had just heard earlier in the day, “I never knew that you would favor me this way, thank you Jesus”. In that place, I had an opportunity to minister to others and had them minister to me as well, and I definitely had a connection with one person in particular and now consider her a divine friend. I know my testimony, when it is all said and done and I am released by the Lord to share, will bless many.

In what seems like your darkest hour, give thanks to God. It is for a reason bigger than yourself. In due time, the reason will be revealed. Remember, our experiences are not only about us and our making. We experience things in life to make us better and stronger and to testify to others to show what God can and will do in their lives as well. Spread the Good News. Trust God. Give him a “yes” and watch Him perform!
